If you require group transport from Sydney Airport or from Newcastle, please note this in the comments on your registration. Most flights to Sydney from Europe and US arrive in the early morning, so there may be an opportunity to pool guests arriving at slightly different times and offer one trip to the venue, and return at the end. We need to understand numbers though to make this work and to advise you of the costs. Please see our FAQs. It is important that you register now though to assist us determine viability.

A non-refundable* $500 per person deposit is required to secure your place, you agree to pay the balance within 30 days of registering. By placing your deposit you agree to these event Terms, and to our general Terms and Conditions.
